Supervisors and area managers are actively involved — you are not on your own. ### Uniform and equipment Uniform and the tools and products needed for the job are provided. ### Clear hours Some roles have fixed shifts (common in schools and offices). Others have flexibility depending on the site. Exact hours are confirmed before you start. ## Training and development Every new employee receives a structured induction and the training needed to work safely and confidently on site.
