Established in 2001, the SCEPTRE Awards aim to recognise the outstanding effort and incredible achievements by people and businesses operating in the shopping centre industry, putting the spotlight on management teams, retailers and suppliers that demonstrate real excellence.

This year, the SCEPTRE awards took place at the prestigious Hilton London Bankside on Wednesday 16th November, with several award categories available such as Customer Service Team of the Year Award, Diversity & Inclusion Scheme of the Year Award, and Innovation of the Year Award.

Our client, a large shopping centre based in North Lincolnshire, was very proud to be shortlisted as a finalist for ‘The SCEPTRE Customer Services Team of the Year Award’ which recognises best practices by a customer-facing team employed in a retail destination. This could be an entire centre management team, a customer service team, a security team, or a cleaning team.

To be shortlisted with four other retail destinations from around the UK is a truly great achievement for our client who were deservedly delighted with the recognition alone, especially with the high volume of submissions received this year. Our clients’ team narrowly missed out on receiving an award at this year’s event but hope to do even better in 2023.
