A guide only. ICS Cleaning works with BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) guidance alongside our own industry knowledge and extensive experience of running education cleaning contracts. Frequencies, hours and staffing shown here are indicative, are not a quotation and do not replace a site survey. Every building is different, so please confirm your requirements with us or a qualified adviser.
Build your schedule and specification
Find your school and tick its areas. Get a cleaning schedule in about 5 minutes, then add your rooms for a full specification with hours, zones, staffing and job cards.
Check an existing specification
Use our free Specification Health Check to check your current specification or tender document against the 23 areas a school cleaning contract needs, with suggested wording for every gap.
