From insight to implementation
ICS can help turn findings into workable cleaning solutions.
ICS Cleaning Services has been delivering contract cleaning across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire for over 30 years. We employ more than 850 cleaning staff and hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations. Over that time, we have seen the same questions come up again and again — from schools wondering whether their cleaning hours are realistic, to offices unsure whether their contractor is performing, to trusts preparing a tender and needing defensible evaluation criteria.
We built these tools because we believe cleaning procurement and management should be data-informed, not guesswork. A school should be able to check whether its cleaning hours are reasonable before signing a contract. A facilities manager should be able to assess whether their contractor is still fit for purpose. A procurement team should be able to challenge an unrealistically low bid before award.
Each tool is free, requires no signup to start, and produces a structured output you can use immediately. They are indicative tools — not formal audits or legal advice — but they give you a defensible starting point for conversations with your cleaning provider, your procurement team, or your contractor.
If your results suggest you would benefit from a professional review or a site survey, we would be glad to help. But the tools are genuinely free to use, whether or not you ever speak to us.
